The opposite. Northn finds you nothing and takes nothing from you — no leads sold, no commissions, no directory. You bring the job you already won; Northn protects it, and the client stays yours.
Will my crew actually use it?
The bar is a phone photo. The AI asks; they point the camera when they're ready. Prompts and voice notes run in English or Spanish. If a step is harder than that, it failed our design bar.
Does the AI replace inspections?
No. Inspectors and licensed-trade sign-offs stay the authority — inspection passes even trigger releases. The AI captures and organizes proof; it doesn't stamp code.
What if the client won't approve a draw?
The money can't walk — it's in escrow — and nothing releases on a timer or on silence. Only the homeowner's approval or a passed inspection moves it. If you still can't agree, a neutral referee reviews the sealed record.
