Halvorsen shipped the payments API in one sprint. The one criterion the referee wouldn't call from the demo, they proved with a load report the same afternoon. We approved at six and the funds were out before we left the office.

Good work, one rough patch.
Two of three milestones went straight through. The third stalled for a week on a data-format disagreement, and the team held their ground on scope instead of quietly eating it. The final delivery was exactly what the criteria said.

The dispute was ours. We raised it when the sample file didn't match the agreed schema, and withdrew it once Tessaro's team re-exported. Both entries are on the record. We'd rather that be visible than smoothed over.
