Each criterion names a quantity and its tolerance band — airflow, static pressure, voltage drop — locked before any reading exists.

Use the by-hand profile: enter the reading and photograph the instrument face beside it. Hand-entered numbers go to a person to settle; the photo makes them checkable.
What about mixed units?
No conversion, anywhere. A kPa criterion and a psi gauge are sent to a person — never to a formula that looks like a pass when it's wrong.
Does this replace the commissioning agent or inspector?
No. Licensed sign-offs stay the authority. Northn puts the readings on a record they can verify line by line, and their approval can trigger release.
